The staff were helpful in guiding us to use the check-in / check-out machine. We needed to pay an extra fee for room tax which was understandable. The room we had was as per pictures and quite clean. The breakfast including onigiri and soup were very convenient for us to grab and go because we need to leave early to go to our destinations. The location is very convenient too, close to konbinis and Hakata station

Great location near Hakata Bus Terminal and Hakata Station, making it convenient for travelers. The hotel offers all the essential amenities for both leisure and business stays. The room size was pleasantly larger than I expected, adding extra comfort to the stay. Great value for money, highly recommended!

Very close to Hakata train and bus station. Comfortable bed and pillow, and clean room with daily change of towels and mats. Free sumptuous breakfast.

Room was definitely much better than most toyoko inn. Among the best rooms for business hotels in terms of space utilisation. Room size feels comfortable. Good pillow.

Simple breakfast. Location. Packet facial products like cleansers,lotion and moisturiser. Freshly made juice.

The room space is bigger than I thought. I could open my luggage to pack up. The price is also including breakfast. In addition, the hotel position is closed to Hakata station. We could go by overpass and there is an elevator which could easily arrive.
